Yes, it's safe enough. We are authorized to be genuine products.
In what sizes are your gowns available?
Most of our gowns are available in sizes 0-28. However, certain styles do have a limited size range. Please contact us for details.
How long should I order in advance?
Delivery time may vary from country to country. It cost about 25 days for us to make and ship your order, please make an order about one month before.
How can I clean my gown?

How long does it take for my story and photo to appear in bride-dresses.org?
As we receive numerous submissions each day, please allow ample time for your story to appear online. There are new submissions posted daily, so look often for your story and photo. You will be notified if there is a problem with your submission. We sincerely appreciate your patience.
Can my gown be ordered with custom length?
Most styles are available in custom length. Custom length refers to various lengths shorter or longer than a standard length gown. Please contact us directly to inquire if your gown is available to order in custom length. They will also be able to discuss the best length to order considering your preferred shoe height, petticoat size, etc.
Can I cancel my order or return my gown?
Sure. But we only accept a complete or partial refund for the items that have problems caused by us. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. For all other inquiries, please contact us immediately. They are extremely knowledgeable about our collections and will be happy to work with you to ensure your questions are answered.
What should I do if I couldn��t find the items I want on the website?
If you can't find the item on our website by using keyword search, you could try the category and advanced search. Also, you can send an inquiry to service@bride-dresses.org or contact our Live Chat, All of us will be glad to help you locate the item you are looking for.

What is processing time?
The processing time is the time for us to prepare the items for shipment. Start from when we get the payment for the order to when we ship the merchandise out.
In addition, there are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume. You can check the shipping details on the page Shipping & Returns.
How do I remove an item from the cart?
Go to your shopping cart and find the item you don't need. Please click "remove". It will be removed from your shopping cart.
Are there any discounts for bulk/volume purchases?
We have launched a wholesale saving system, which offers special discounts and benefits for bulk purchases. Generally speaking, the bigger order value, the more discounts you can get. If you want to get a bulk purchases, you could contact us via email or live chat. Our bulk purchase customer manager will be responsible for your case and offer you a reasonable discount.
Which payment method can I chose?
There are 3 different methods to pay for your order.

For a bulk order, we suggest that your better choose the Western Union to pay for it.

How do I make a payment with Western Union?
When you choose the Western Union as the method to pay for your order, please follow the steps as below:
• After place an order, Please choose the Western Union as your payment method.
• Make sure you provide the correct information for your order.
• Print or write down the payment information, and make the payment in any of your local post offices.
What should I pay attention to if I choose the Western Union to pay for my order?
• Only your local currency is accepted for offline payment methods.
• System will identify your billing address and assign you the corresponding payment address and payment reference number.
• please do remember to write down the payment reference number on the remit sheet, so as to ensure we receive your payment promptly. If you pay per order or as combined orders, the system will generate different payment reference numbers for you. Please make sure the payment reference number is correct we need to confirm your payment with it.
• Please make sure you write down the correct payment address, or your payment will be delayed or even fail to be received by us.
Why does my credit card payment fail?
Payment by credit card may fail because of bank authorization and fraud prevention systems. When you have trouble with making a payment via credit card, you may contact your card-issuing bank or PayPal directly.
Who pays the transfer fee for offline payments?
Client is responsible for fees charged by bank or post office for the remittance operation for offline payment such as Western Union.
When will I receive my items after I place an order?
After you paying for your order, we will send you an email with a tracking No., you can check your order with the number on carrier's website, such as DHL, UPS, TNT. Also when you make an order, you can get the estimate information for delivery time.
How do I check my order status?
As the following the form, you can easy find the link of the carrier. When we start ship your item, we will send you an email including the track No., you can track your order with it.

If custom duties are incurred, who is responsible?
Client has to responsible for any custom duty fees. The import varies depends on each country's custom policies.
What happens if the tracking number is invalid?
The tracking information normally appears after 1-2 days. If you cannot find a tracking number after a long time, you could contact us via email or live chat.
What could cause an invalid tracking code?
• The shipping company hasn't updated the recent delivery information to their website.
• The tracking code was not correct.
• The parcel has been delivered a long time ago. Some shipping companies will remove the tracking code history.
What can I do if I received a damaged item?
If the item were damaged during shipping, you can claim the compensation from the shipping company or reject to sign the packet.
If the item itself is defective, you should take photos or video for the item, then contact us via email or livechat to solve the problem.
Will you ship my gown out of state for me?
Not a problem. We can ship a dress anywhere you'd like. Shipping fees apply.
HELP! I??m getting married less than 4 months ?C is it too late to get a gown from you?
No, it's not too late, but every second counts! Your options include buying one of our samples off the rack or working with a consultant to determine which designers can meet your time frame for a "special order" gown, which could include an additional rush charge.
What is a rush order?
If your wedding date is sooner than the time we typically need to have a special-order gown made, we'll need to consult with the designer and place a ??rush?? order, for an additional fee. In this instance, your gown may arrive 1-3 weeks before your wedding and details will be outlined in your contract.
What if I'm not happy with my consultant?
That 's not acceptable: we want your experience in our store to be as memorable as your wedding day. If you find that you are not bonding with your consultant, please email feedback@bride-dresses.org. We'll make arrangements for you to work with someone else to make sure you have a memorable experience.

Do you make matching flower girl or junior bridesmaid dresses?
We offer several flower girl and junior maids styles that match with our bridal and bridesmaids styles. We also have the in-stock flower girl and junior maid dresses that are ready-to-ship to meet your close wear date.
My wedding is in two months, I need bridesmaids?? dresses for my bridal party. Most companies?? delivery schedules won't meet my wear date and don't offer rush cuts. Can you help?
Sure! Please check out our In-Stock Bridesmaids program first. These dresses are available in various bridesmaids?? colors for all sizes. Matching junior maids and flower girl dresses are also available for quick-ship. If the color or style you preferred is not part of the In-Stock program, you can still order your bridesmaids?? dresses with our rush cut services. How do I know what size is right for me?
You should start by reviewing size charts to find the right sizes for you and your bridal party. However, since body types differ and styles fit differently, most dresses should be altered for the best fit. Please contact us via email or livechat for the best measuring and altering results.
What if the dress I ordered is too big or the wrong size?
Our dresses are made to order are responsible for measuring and ordering the size dresses that you believe are the right fit. Please measure your size correctly before. And if the wrong size shipped, we provide replacement.
Do your dresses come in colors other than what is pictured?
Yes! All of our dresses are available in additional colors. Please refer to the product descriptions for details. Some colors offered will depend upon the fabric and trim. Please check our color chart, thanks.
Can I have a dress made in a different Fabric?
Sure! You may request a special cut service. We offer matte satin, chiffon, organza, French satin, velvet and taffeta for our bridesmaids collection and you may request to make your bridesmaids dresses in one of the available fabrics listed. What sizes do you have available for the bridal gown I want?
All bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses and prom gowns are available from size 2 through 30. Please check the size chart for details, thanks.
How should I clean my beautiful wedding dress?
First of all, ALWAYS get your dress cleaned after wearing. If it is not cleaned in a reasonable amount of time after wearing a yellowing of the fabric may result from prolonged storage. ALWAYS take your bridal dress to a professional cleaner that specializes in bridal dresses. Your normal cleaner may damage the precious dress by using the wrong chemicals. Make sure preservation do not use the chemical perchloroethylene. Please check the internet for some reputable professional bridal gown preservation if necessary.
Is the color of the picture display the same color as the dress?
Not always. Your monitor and color correction utilities may change the colors. Different brands, lighting in the room, and other variables can also make your eyes receiving different color information. Do not use pictures and magazines as color swatches since different brands of ink on different types of paper may have different feel. Ask the store to show you sample swatches and allow for slight dye-lot difference.

My bridesmaids are located in different cities. Can I ship the dresses to different address?
Sure, you could ship them to different address. Don??t forget pay enough shipping fees.
Can I save the images on my hard disk?
Sure. Go ahead.
Can I print out the images? And how?
Sure, but only the whole page; Just click on File (at the top left corner of your internet browser), then select Print or Print Preview. You can also select Page Setup then click on Landscape under Orientation for a better layout.
Return & Replacement Policy
If the order has not been shipped, please contact us by service@birde-dresses.org, and we will refund you within 24 hours after we get your email.
If the order has already been shipped, you find the item defective, or you just simply do not want it any more, please send an email to us at service@birde-dresses.org to see what options you may have and go through the RMA process, if necessary, to return the item. You can require a full refund excluding shipping fees or a replacement of the same item.
Bride-dresses.org only accepts a complete or partial refund for the items that have problems caused by us. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
We suggest you that please do carefully check the right size, color and style before making the order. And when you receive an item that is damaged, do contact our customer service immediately and present some necessary proof such as photos of gown or other files.
We cannot accept returns on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer for you. We can't accept returns on items have been worn or damaged by improper cleaning method.
Color aberration is existed due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition. The quality problem is not included with color aberration. Any item returned without notifying us will not be credited
You should contact to us within 2 business days (from the date products were received) if you want to return the item to us.
Please ship the item back to us. Contact us first if you need refund. The after service department will processing it. If we come to terms for refund, please ship the items back within 7 days (from the date products were received). We can only refund after receiving the returned items in good conditions as we sent to you. And you should afford shipping fee.
